On 21st June i had a hand injury caused through horse riding.

I was seen a week later and then another time but the registars who continued to say it was sprained ligament even tbough i voiced my doubts due to my pain and continued swelling.

A few months aafter I met Mr Norris. Immediately i was impressed by his calm professional mannor. He thouroughly examined me, completely listened to what i said and for the first time i felt listened too and confident that this was a doctor that was going to sort my hand out.

On 14h December i had my hand reconstruction surgery. I felt no nerves as he filled me with confidence and with 100% i trust his capabilities and his kindness. Today the plastercast was removed. Myself, my husband and the two nurses attending, were all amazed at the neatness of the incision. It literally looked just like a pen line rather than a scar.

I cannot express my gratitude to Mr Norris amd feel it very important that the management ifof your hospital know just how fantastic he is.

Please be sure that he knows how valued he is by his patients, as im sure i cannot be the only one that will be eternally grateful for how he has treated me.

Never before have i had 100% confidence in a doctor i have been referred to.
